The CAS developers agreed on a phone call this afternoon to extend the
deadline for the 4.0 release in order to ensure that some important
features are included. The CAS roadmap document [1] has been updated to
reflect the timeline, but I'm repeating the important dates for convenience:
* CAS 4.0 RC1 June 10, 2013
* CAS 4.0 GA July 12, 2013
The dates amount to a six week extension. The developers will conference
again in 3 weeks to ensure the release is on schedule.
