For those who are interested, I commited the first version of the spec in md format to my forked repo together with a html and pdf sample.
(The html sample includes a TOC. Pandoc does not generate the TOC for PDFs right now) https://github.com/robertoschwald/cas/tree/protocol-3.0/cas-server-protocol Still there is some work to be done. Took me some time to figure out how best I migrate the Google Doc to md. Export as HTML only worked partially here. So I manually converted most of the content. As soon as I think I'm finished, I send the pull req. Any feedback is highly appreciated, as I'm completely new to md.
