Hello Guys, I am having this same issue in Resin 4. I am using the "stock" cas-server in the modules directory of the cas-server 3.5.2 distribution. I deployed to Tomcat7 initiallya and the logout works perfectly. However, when i deployed to Resin i am having the exact same issue reported earlier by mckenzie.
To replicate this, simply download an evaluation copy of resin 4 and deploy the cas-server war in it. After login and subsequent logout, goin but to the login url simply bypasses the login form and logs you in. I will really appreciate any help on this.
