That's good guess. I am going to commit a DEBUG-enabled log4j.xml file to that 
module to have it report back the issue directly for tests, and I'll explore 
other solutions with more data. Will report back on this thread soon.

My guess is that the build environment doesn't support UDP multicast as 
required by the JBossCache configuration used in those tests. We have a 
lot of tests that are fragile with respect to environment (particularly 
networking), and this may be yet another to add to that list.
