There's some off-list discussion among the PMC membership about whom to nominate for the PMC chair role. I ask that rather than moving forward so expeditiously with closing nominations and voting, that discussion be allowed to shake out first.
Agreed, but I would like to request that we bring private discussion into the light of a public forum. I'm not aware of anything that requires discretion. I'm confident we can be civil and constructive on this thread, which is the best place for further discussion in my view.
