https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/TicketRegistry+Cleaner seems to be outdated, as it only states JdbcLockingStrategy and also urges people to use this strategy with JPA.
If it is so, I will change it to state JpaTicketRegistry and also recommends to use it in JPA environments.
