I have massaged our travis build slightly to improve test execution and performance. Our builds were timing out beyond the travis-set 50-minute mark and thus more often than before failing incorrectly. The changes should help. Some stats follow: Before changes (50 minutes): https://travis-ci.org/Jasig/cas/builds/34077332 After changes: (27 minutes) https://travis-ci.org/Jasig/cas/builds/34161357 This includes generating javadocs, building the project site, running test coverage, etc. PRs should also continue to report build status more accurately. Also we might be able to review our tests and see if we can reduce dependency on external resources to help performance-wise.
