As the title suggests, we are unable to make this work. Cannot figure out what might be causing custom templates to be ignored. CSS/JS theming works fine, but custom templates are needed to make structural changes. The log shows the service recognizing the theme name, but our fragments are not being absorbed.
Can anyone shed light on this?
