We're running 5.2.9. The release schedule moves way too quickly for us to keep up with, and so far, the features that have been added, while a couple of them are interesting, are not significant enough to justify the effort to move.
The one thing that concerns us is that 5.2.x is no longer supported, even for security patches. IMHO the CAS maintenance plan is not terribly realistic in giving only 12 months' support to a release.
