The cas session is stored in the ticket granting cookie (TGC). The user should not receive an error message but should be redirected to the log in screen, so this is a problem. Depending on the storage and expiration policies, it is expected that tickets will become 'unrecognized'.
What are you using for your ticket store? https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.1.x/ticketing/Configuring-Ticketing-Components.html Ray On Thu, 2020-04-23 at 05:30 -0700, Сергей Степанов wrote: Notice: This message was sent from outside the University of Victoria email system. Please be cautious with links and sensitive information. Hello! I need your help. I have several nodes of CAS, balanced through Nginx using ip hash. This works fine, but when I add or remove nodes, some users get "Ticket not recognized" exception. Is it possible to make CAS delete unrecognized tickets and redirect user to login page? And, also, can you tell me where exactly CAS stores ticket on the client (cookie name)?
