Sathish, I was not able to find recommended memory requirements in cas docs. This guide has a suggestion https://paulchauvet.github.io/deploying-cas/setting-up-the-environment/tomcat/systemd-service/
Memory is cheap, I would start at 2G. See tomcat docs to configure this.
