So no reply to my question, I'm going to guess that it's because Single Sign 
Off should be enabled by default. Does anyone know how I would disable single 
sign off if were to want to do that in my installation?

Or if no one has an answer to that does anyone have a suggestion as to why I'm 
not seeing a logoffrequest in my web access logs when a user signs out of CAS?
