You can easily map an authentication handler to the execution of a resolver by using an alternate authentication manager. We provide some with CAS though I don't have the link handy.
Recent versions of Spring Security support the SAML assertion returned by CAS. I don't know how well that support is integrated with any Grails plugins. ------Original Message------ From: Rahul To: CAS Users List ReplyTo: CAS Users List Subject: Re:[cas-user] Attributes in successful authentication response Sent: Aug 18, 2010 6:04 AM I looked at the SAML specification and I agree it seems the most promising (and reasonably documented) of the all. Unfortunately, there's no way I could generate dynamic attributes tied to handlers/credentials. Moreover I'm using grails acegi plugin which doesnt support SAML validation currently.
