Do you mean a session timeout on the individual applications? If yes, then it's possible if you enable single sign-out on each service you wish to log out of when the CAS SSO session ends. Note the feature to trigger single sign-out when the CAS SSO session expires was added in 3.3.5; see https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS-686 for more info.
