Someone can likely help, yes, but will need more information.
One technique that can work really well is to compose the simplest possible example demonstrating the problem. I assume you have a custom application using Struts and Tiles and, fronting it with CAS filters to accomplish user authentication, you're then having problems. Can you make the problem happen for a very simple Struts/Tiles example?
