Your local CAS project refers to your [development] CAS server instance.
You'll create the project inside a workspace folder of your choosing and
this is where CAS artifacts will be retrieved and packaged via Maven and are
prepared for the final deployment. At the end, you'll end up with the CAS
webapp WAR file that you can deploy to your web server (i.e. Apache Tomcat)

The project itself remains local to your machine and is only used to rebuild
CAS and regenerate artifacts (i.e. the WAR file) after any customizations.

Subject: RE:[cas-user] Problem with .Net Cas setup

Okay so I'm a total noob here. :)

I am following this tutorial and am kind of confused. I am fine until the
section labeled: "Setting Up Your Local CAS Project". What project is this
suppose to be? I'm not quite sure where/how I am suppose to be creating a
project. Does this reside on the cas server or my app's server?
