I happened to have the module installed on my desktop. It doesn't touch the
service parameter except to escape the URL. Even then, all it does it
hex-encode any embedded ampersands ('&').
This is perl-AuthCAS 1.5 from EPEL. Looks like current from CPAN is 1.6.
