Hi, Although not recommend, you can use the CAS server v4 in HTTP mode. It's up to your web application configuration and you need to adjust the CAS configuration in the cas.properties file as well as in the https://github.com/Jasig/cas/blob/master/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/spring-configuration/ticketGrantingTicketCookieGenerator.xml#L31 file.
