Do you have control of the 2nd CAS server for website 2?

How can we achieve using CAS Rest API to automatically log-in the user to website 2 when user comes via redirect from website 1. Through CAS Rest API I am able to authenticate website 1. but when it redirects to website 2 CAS login page gets displayed. HTTP referrer is not serving the purpose due to HTTPS to HTTP redirect it gives empty result.
