Good question. I don't think it's PAC4J. The (CAS 3.5.1) SP operator (a vendor) 
mentions their install was done/assisted in some way by Unicon, and that the 
SP--or at least the CAS part of it--is modified to some extent. I'll see if 
they know or are willing to say.
