I am trying to write up a proposal to upgrade our CAS from 2.x to 3.x, and I'd like to include a list of features that would make it worth everybody's time. Is there such a list, or can someone in the know point me at the major bullet points?
I've tried looking at the release notes, but they're specific to one version over the previous one only. Thanks! Tim
