iBOB: 2x 36-bit SRAM x 18Mb
ROACH-1: 2 x 18-bit QDR x 36Mb (or 72Mb, depending on what Mo's populated)
ROACH-2: 4 x 36-bit QDR x 72Mb (or 144Mb, depending on what Mo's populating)
