you could try ?sensor-list from the tcpborphserver3 interface then ?sensor-value for each of the available sensors.
From USB you'd have to minicom in then look in /sys/bus/i2c/devices for board specific sensors. Gateware could also trigger the fault led however that would depend of what you have got programmed.
