I'm not so sure about the (,nolock) on the end of the file name. (I can't
remember our roach's name to check!) Also, I noticed it's connected at
1000 Mb/s, which is known to be buggy on some roaches.  Can you limit it
to 100 mb/s?

Try to mount the exported root filesystem from another machine and see if
it can mount it.
