So that doesn't look good.

You could try connecting with another PC, just in case it is some sort
of driver/kernel/hardware issue on the controlling Ubuntu system, but
I suspect there is something wrong on the roach. You might be able to
use another PSU to power the roach, in case it is a PSU problem, but
other problems might be harder to debug ...
