Hi Heystek. Basically, what the error is saying, is that you have specified that the logic contained in the design should be able to run at a certain clock frequency, but that the compiler has not been able to place the logic in the FPGA and find routes between, that will allow the design to make that requirement.
You can solve this by reducing your clocks frequency requirement, by changing your design, or by using various tools to guide or constrain the compiler so that it hopefully finds a way to implement your design in a better way.
