Dear CASPERites and 2019 Workshop/DSP School attendees,

Sorry it took so long to post-produce and publish the video lectures and
research presentations from CASPER 2019. I (Jonathan) massively underestimated
the volume and difficulty (to one not trained) of the editing task. Things
only unwedged when the right shop to do the work and hired them (and if anyone
needs similar work ask me for a reference.

With that being said, late or not, there is some excellent material. Sincere
thanks to the presenters for giving the talks and for enabling public release,
which is arranged in a YouTube playlist
<https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLcxgObnObW04M5QFwCNHb-7ghIBnRgDY4>.

We obtained a release from every published presenter. If your material is not
shown, and you’d like it to be, write back, we may not have been able to get
your release. There were a few videos with technical problems, mostly sound,
and that could also be the issue with discrete presentations not shown (we
could in those case perhaps lip-synch sound post hoc, though that might be hard
work).

We hope this material is helpful, especially given the current Workshop drought.

With our best wishes,

CASPER 2019 and BH PIRE DSP Summer School LOC
