Are you sure you have *exactly* the versions of Matlab, Vivado, Python
and Ubuntu as described in
https://casper-toolflow.readthedocs.io/projects/tutorials/en/latest/tutorials/rfsoc/tut_getting_started.html
I have also
numpy<1.19
in requirements.txt but of course I am not sure if it is relevant in
this case.
There is also a (VirtualBox and Incus) VM available made by Andrew
Martens that 'just works', let me know if you are interested.

Mitch has been helping me to get it up and running, but I think more
