The logo looks more like a standalone tower than Castle or even Wall 
Tower. I like the concept thought - I think it could be nicely extended 
for other projects... :-)

I generally agree with Henry, here are my picks in the order of importance:
- One-Click download links for binaries
- Clearly visible links to per project documentation
- Clearly stated current version numbers of each projects
- Visible One-Click link(s) to Users discussion groups
- Some news... maybe links to blogs feed and/or headers of three most 
recent posts from the feed...
- Better copy
- New logos, colors and general refresh of the website
- links to source code
- link to "How to participate"


BTW - who owns the http://twitter.com/CastleProject account? Maybe we 
could use that as well...
