Stuart, You can always visit the build server to get the compiled assemblies for all the projects - http://builds.castleproject.org

To release projects individually, the split is awesome, to release projects as part of a bundle, it sucks! We still have a lot of work to do to get this release process streamlined. Thank you all for your help, and I apologize for my less than stellar attitude when I asked the question. I needed 3.5 for VS 2008 and could not get trunk to produce a NET35 build for the life of me. After a few hours of trying, including dl'ing and installing the 4.0 sdk (a treat into itself) and other things, I finally ended up pulling old versions of the castle projects I needed -- the version just prior to the vs2010 'upgrade' -- and building those. Worked like a charm and now I've got a full stack compiling and interoperating. I would not have built from source at all but I needed the wcf facility, which appeared to be unavailable in binary form. Question: has having the projects split up been helpful to you? Each project having its own dependency on a particular version of core, windsor, etc. seemed to me to make building an integrated stack quite difficult.
