Yes pretty much.
Facility is extension for Windsor. It encapsulates code that either
integrates with another framework (like most facilities) or/and extends
Windsor with additional capabilities like StartableFacility,
EventWiringFacility, TypedFactoryFacility etc.
Installer encapsulates registration code, so you would have like
ControllersInstaller, ViewsInstaller etc.
