e) Looked at it once, didn't need it right away, then forgot about it :-( I know this viewcomponent obviously integrates tightly with MR, but how does it compare to combres <http://combres.codeplex.com/>? Combres does automatic bundling, versioning, caching and minification of JS and CSS, including support for both local and remote files. Not sure it supports dependencies though.
