The new stuff?

I am looking at making that available at runtime (you can get to it already but it requires a lot of casting and is not pretty). Problem is the VS debugger proxies are very rigid and tightly coupled so it wouldn't be too simple to do. I'm keeping an eye on it, as that's something I would like to have.

+1 for performance counter - add a ticket for that to the issue tracker.

Excellent. Will this be accessible via code or only via debug visualizers.
I would like it to get at it via code.

If you felt really froggy, it might make for a good performance counter????

That's not exposed in the current version.

container.Kernel.ReleasePolicy keeps track of alive objects.

You will have to grab access to its field via reflection I'm
afraid. This is changed in the trunk, where listing tracked
objects are added to be a standard container diagnostic

I think I have shot my self in the foot, and I am not calling
'release' on a component in my code someplace.
where can I query in the object model to see if I have a
        growing number of components?
