I think you'll need a custom activator here.
FactoryMethodActivator does not support proxying and trying to pass in
pre-created proxy is not supported either as you already noticed.

This is more or less an exercise to be honest. I'm playing around with
doing something like DictionaryAdapter. The interfaces are going to
represent sections in a ini config file, but are also going to have a
mixin with some other behaviors. At least, this is the intention :)
