Should have looked at the docs before sending the mail. it seems like
using the dependson method will do the trick:
_container.Register(
Component.For<RelatoriosDataContext>( )
.DependsOn(Property.ForKey("connection").Eq(ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["ocorrencias"].ConnectionString))
.LifeStyle.Is( _lifeStyle ));
