Perhaps you'd be interested in trying to merge some of that code with MassTransit and using your tests as examples? I'm sure more AMQP support is very welcomed in .Net (at least I think so!).
Indeed, what you have with reactive extensions looks very much like Actor-based programming -- but reactive-styled.
