Hay, sorry for the delay
We are on holiday in Israel and I am not in office,
Maybe I can explain this easier with another scenario.
Say I got a service which in the container has 2 components
When you go to either of the svc, on Wsdl view you will have both.

Now in service runtime I want to add a third component
And refresh the bindings so that the Wsdl exporter will show
Him as well, and on Wsdl view I will have 3 interfaces
And all their methods.

If I recycle and load all 3 I get this exact result, but in production
It is a bit of a problem
