Cool, thanks John. For the most part that would require looking after the issue tracker, stack overflow and this list to stay on top of any issues and questions that may come up, as well as making sure any fixes and new features meet our quality standards.
If you have any ideas for features/changes that you'd like to discuss the castle-project-devel group might be the best place for that. let me know if you have any questions. cheers, Krzysztof On Thursday, February 28, 2013 1:46:53 PM UTC+10, John Jeffery wrote: > > I still use the Synchronize facility (perhaps I’m the only one left who > does?) and am happy to take over as the maintainer if this is of any help. > > > > > > *From:* [email protected] <javascript:> [mailto: > [email protected] <javascript:>] *On Behalf Of *Krzysztof > Kozmic > *Sent:* Sunday, 17 February 2013 8:49 AM > *To:* [email protected] <javascript:> > *Subject:* Re: Windsor 3.2 is released > > > Also, > > > > It is the last release to support .NET 3.5 and Silverlight. > > Also, I'm thinking of sunsetting (such a nice word) Remoting Facility, > Factory Support facility (the one that allows you to specify factory method > via XML, not to be confused with Typed Factory facility), Event Wiring > facility and Synchronize facility. > > Obviously, Windsor being a community driven project, if someone wants to > step in and take over any of these facilities we'll keep updating them. > Otherwise this will likely be their last release. > > > On Sunday, February 17, 2013 8:40:03 AM UTC+10, Krzysztof Koźmic wrote: > > Windsor 3.2 release is now live on > nuget<http://nuget.org/packages/castle.Windsor> > and > sourceforge<https://sourceforge.net/projects/castleproject/files/latest/download> > . > > This release is mostly about bugfixes and incremental improvements and > while some breaking changes were made, for vast majority of users this will > be a drop-in update. > > The highlights of the release are in the > documentation<http://docs.castleproject.org/Windsor.Whats-New-In-Windsor-32.ashx>, > > so I won't repeat them here. > > > > -- > > Krzysztof Kozmic > > > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Castle Project Users" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to [email protected] <javascript:>. > To post to this group, send email to > [email protected]<javascript:> > . > Visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/castle-project-users?hl=en. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/groups/opt_out. > > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Castle Project Users" group.
