Hello, I am having a production issue with Castle validation. I am receiving many exceptions with the message : Item has already been added. Key in dictionary.
The error is occurring in the method SelfValidationContributor.Initialize(), on this line: methodsPerType.Add(type, validationMeta); We are using Castle.Components.Validator Product Version 1.0.3.0 and are not looking to upgrade at this time. The issue is sporadic, but once it starts, it persists until we restart our production application so we may need to remove Castle from our project if we are unable to resolve this quickly.
