Hi Jakub. So it feels to me like you're raising two different problems.
1. the doco content is lacking 2. the STW sucks and is dead as a doornail (and therefore not going to get any better) I do agree with both. There are gaps in the doco quality. It is an open wiki however so I would encourage you (or anyone) to help improving it, adding bits of content here and there, cleaning it up to make things simpler to understand etc. About STW… I'd love to move to a better system, but I'd need someone to commit to migrating the content, as this is a major task, and one I won't have the time to do myself. Also the question arises - what should we use? github wiki? something else?
