I am trying to create a Test Facility that will allow to resolve MonoRail controllers
in Units Tests or Fit and prepare them as best as possible. To do this I would like
my Facility to be notified whenever a Controller instance is created. Since I don't
believe their is a direct Event handler for this on the Kernel, what is the best way
to achieve this?
