Hi All, Thanks for all your previous help. This one looks straight forward but I can’t seem to
find away around it. If HQL supports ‘like’ then how can I use it? Example: public static nCustomer[] FindByFirstname(string sFirstName) { SimpleQuery q = new SimpleQuery(typeof(nCustomer), "from nCustomer c where c.FirstNames like ‘%?%’
order by c.Surname", sFirstName); return (nCustomer[])(ExecuteQuery(q)); } No matter what I do with the ‘?’ I can’t
get it to behave like a SQL ‘like’. In fact the only way I can get
the page to run without an error : public static nCustomer[] FindByFirstname(string sFirstName) { SimpleQuery q = new SimpleQuery(typeof(nCustomer), "from nCustomer c where c.FirstNames like ? order by
c.Surname", sFirstName); return (nCustomer[])(ExecuteQuery(q)); } But this doesn’t do what I want it to. Cheers Ed Wake w:www.remotenewmedia.co.uk e:[EMAIL PROTECTED] |
