Keith is preparing the 0.9.5.4 release as we speak. As far as I know, there's no
development going on this maintenance branch, but both Keith and I have
run into problems with Ant as we are preparing the releases.

PS Wrt to the milestone target feature of Bugzilla, we'll have to improve our
reporting, I am afraid. I am in the process of reassigning some JDO-related
bugs (the ones I am assigned to) to the 0.9.7 release to indicate that some
features/requests will not make it into the 0.9.6 release, but there's still some
work to do in this area.
