Lurking and working.,.. Those who have done an Exchange upgrade will apreciate my fun day today when I managed to take a 10 hour job and turn it into something I hope is complete before the New Year.   I'm looking forward to the first warm day in the spring to get back out on the water. Makes days like today  worth the pain...
