If he does it with Aria, there is no outboard. However, there is an
exhaust fitting at the low point of the transom that is just above or
below waterline depending on what the motive power is and who happens
to be hanging off the transom. This could help get a foothold for
the bat-climb technique that David notes below.

Seriously now--are you planning to climb the outboard, use the rope to assist
you in Bat-walking up the transom, climb the transom using the
cutout hole for
the outboard, or just leap porpoise-like from the water?
Makes me wish I lived out east near you BayBoyz just to watch the fun.
Personally, my money's on you; I think it's do-able, although not easy.
