A large part is based on your experience and attitude.  I was out last weekend racing in 15-20, single-handed, flying my 155 on a CDI roller-furler.  Did I get beat up?  YUP.  Did I ever feel out of control?  Nope.  Could I have used less sail?  Absolutely!   If you have a choice of sails to fly, as you listed, then Phil’s recommendations will surely work.  I would presume that they are hank-ons and you could switch as needed.   Bob Mann Windcatcher ’85 C27
