For a traditional interior on my 1979 boat, Catalina charged $1,716.61 last
summer, which didn't include shipping. We had owned our boat for 13 years and
have no plans to sell, so it's worth it. If we weren't planning to keep the
boat for a long time, we would have looked for a less expensive alternative.

That said, we were able to get the cushions shipped for free by piggy-backing
it on a boat order for our local Catalina dealer, so I'm not sure how much
shipping would have been.

The cushions are beautiful and fit to a tee. If the material is as good as the
previous brown plaid cushions (which were the originals) these should be on the
boat for another 27 years!

The folks at Catalina did a great job of completely making new ones for my boat
about four years ago. I had thoughts of trying to get the old ones re-covered,
using the existing foam, but there was no problem with them just making
all-new. They only asked me to take the covers off the old ones and send them
in, for patterns. The new ones looked great and fit perfectly, even matching
the snaps dead-on. I believe the price was in the neighborhood of $1,000, which
was really reasonable. It’s probably more now, but worth investigating. I had
scouted a number of other outfits and wasn’t confident that they would do a
good job.--Dave Shugarts C-27 #4866 Cahoots (1981) SR, A4, Tiller, Dinette

Good Afternoon, all:Anyone have cushions that are relatively new, in good shape
and looking to sell for a 1984 Catalina? I have owned Impulsive for 2 years and
appears that she still has her original cushions. Either gonna venture into
making them, but figured I would try the easier route of buying used.Or have a
found a source that will make new cushions for less than I purchased Impulsive?
