Actually, I removed from the bulb the from the outside.
There are two tiny set screws (be careful!)
and the bulb was easily found at Maryland Marina.

OK, so I am new. I have a burned out running light on my '81, actually I
assume/hope it is a burned out bulb and not something more serious. It was
working earlier this summer. Where do I access the bulb? I am guessing it
is in the anchor well, but I am not positive.
