the one good thing about wipe-outs is they get less traumatic each time...you get sorta used to them, as long as nothing get broken including people.
one race last spring on the 24, I went under the lifelines and was only attached to the boat by the spinsheet I was holding and then in the next race, Carl, went under the lifelines! He had a hold of a stantion and we had to haul his hefty butt back on. Those J24 lifelines are a bit of joke....and Carl seems to have an afinity for swimming!
