Rick I had the same problem and was unable to repair or find an "original" replacement. After many trips to WM I was able to replace all components of the traveler/track with components made by Harken. I got the idea from the traveler kit made for small boats (see page 2114 WM catalog). I used some of the same parts in this kit such as the car/control blocks and one of their tracks shown on the same page. I completed the installation by rigging the control lines to blocks and cam cleats on the coaming. Not perfect but it works . Sorry no picture. John

I have attached a pic of our worn out traveller car for the main sheet. What are the chances that you have one of these? The little plastic wheels are long gone... An Open Letter to the listee who posted a notice to sell parts off his "extra" C27, I remember a while back ( a year?) someone was offering lots of parts off of a C27: winches, rails, lots of stuff. I actually contacted you at the time and you responded; but, I decided against buying whatever the part was I wrote you about. In any case, I no longer have your email (and, thus, your address) I am interested in knowing how you ended up from both a clearance, and a financial point-of-view. If you (or, anyone else on the list who has done the same) would contact me off-list at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I would really appreciate it.
